Study On Chemical Constituents Of Two Plants Of Liparis Rich

This dissertation is mainly about the phytochemical investigation of two plants including Liparis nervosa(Thunb.)Lindl.and Liparis balansae Gagnep.Fifteen compounds including three new ones were isolated by the methods of preparative HPLC and column chromatography including in silica gel,RP-18 silical gel,Sephadex LH-20.The structures of compounds were identified by extensive spectroscopic methods,such as IR,HR-ESI-MS,UV and NMR.(1)The research on the chemical compositions of Liparis nervosaLiparis nervosa(Thunb.)Lindl,a member of the Orchidaceae family,is a herbaceous plant which widely distributed in Fujian,southern Jiangxi,Taiwan,southwest Sichuan Province,Guangxi,Guangdong,Hainan and so on.From the EtOH extract of the whole plant of Liparis nervosa,three new compounds nervosine VII(1),nervosine VIII(2)and nervosine IX(3)were isolated,along with six known compounds were determined as 3,3'-dihydroxy-5-methoxybenzene(4),3,5'-dihydroxy-5,4'dimethoxybiphenyl(5),?-sitosterol(6),3-methoxy-4,5-dihydroxy dihydropyridine(7),6,7-dimethoxy-2,5-dihydroxy phenanthrene(8)and Liparisnervoside D(9).(2)The research on the chemical compositions of Liparis balansae Gagnep.Liparis balansae Gagnep,a member of the Orchidaceae family.Six known compounds were isolated from the EtOH extract of the whole plant of Liparis balansae Gagnep.They are 2-hydroxy-5,6,7-trimethoxy phenanthrene(1),3,6-dimethoxy-2-hydroxy phenanthrene(2),kaempferol-3-O-?-L-rhamnose(3),tamarubin-3-O-?-L-rhamnose(4),kaempferol-3-O-(1?2)-?-L-rhamnose(5),Sarmenoside IV(6).
