Ba Liao Point Catgut Embedding Joint Training Of Biological Feedback Treatment With Unrelaxed Pelvic Floor Syndrome Constipation Clinical Research

Objective: The observation and study of embedding eight Liao point combined with biofeedback training on clinical effect of pelvic relaxation syndrome,as well as the influence on the related indexes of these patients of this therapy,and the Chinese of traditional medicine in the eight Liao point catgut embedding combined with biofeedback training on unrelaxed pelvic floor syndrome constipation curative effect is evaluated objectively,inherit and develop this love experience.The research methods:Clinical observation,64 cases of patients with unrelaxed pelvic floor syndrome constipation,randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases,control group,32 cases in treatment group similar proportions in 1 case and control group depigmentation in 2 cases,the actual observation of 61 cases,31 cases in treatment group,control group 30 cases.Treatment group and control group each 2 weeks treatment,observation before and after treatment in patients with symptoms of total integral,the symptom scores,outside the anus sphincter during defecation and rectal resting pressure initial threshold and statistical comparison analysis.Results:(1)2 weeks after treatment the overall curative effect evaluation: 31 cases of treatment group total effective rate was 87.1%,among them,5 cases were cured cases,10 cases had marked effect,12 cases,4 cases were invalid;30 cases in the control group total effective rate was 76.67%,among them,the cured cases in 3,5 cases were markedly effective,effective 15 cases,7 cases of invalid.And in the anal sphincter during defecation and rectal resting pressure the curative effect of the initial threshold data analysis,2 weeks after treatment the treatment group and control group before the treatment of each index all have significant differences,further according to specific numerical comparison test,the treatment group is better than that of control group.(2)Follow-up 4 weeks after treatment,treatment group 31 cases,4 cases were cured,9 cases had marked effect,12 cases were effectively,invalid 6 cases;Control group 30 cases,1 case was cured,3 cases had marked effect,10 cases were effective,ineffective in 16 cases.Treatment group effective rate was 80.6%,control group effective rate was 46.7%,two groups of curative effect comparison(P < 0.05,statistically significant,the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.Effective cases in treatment group,2 weeks after the treatment of 26 cases(2 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 6.45%;Control effectively the number of cases of 14 cases of 23 cases of 2 weeks after the treatment,9 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 30%,the treatment group than the control group significantly lower recurrence rate.(3)Followed up for 6 weeks after treatment,treatment group 31 cases,3 were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,effective 13 cases,8 invalid;Control group 30 cases,1 case was cured,1 case had marked effect,8 cases,20 cases.Treatment group effective rate was 74.2%,control group effective rate was 33.3%,two groups of curative effect comparison(P < 0.05,statistically significant,the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.Effective cases in treatment group 25 cases of 23 cases with 4 weeks after treatment,2 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 6.45%;The control effective cases,10 cases 4 weeks after the treatment of 14 cases,5 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 13.3%.Indicate the recurrence rate of the treatment group than the control group significantly.(4)Adverse reactions: the treatment group after wire embedded part 1 case appeared pinhole in mild skin redness,but after iodine volts inunction treatment gradually dissipate,1 case of the tail lumbosacral region hemp bulge,massage and hot compress after;30 cases of control group patients did not appear obvious adverse reactions.Conclusions: "Ba liao" point embedded wire joint training of biological feedback treatment of unrelaxed pelvic floor syndrome constipation of the long-term curative effect is superior to simple biofeedback training,to improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators,the treatment group was significantly better,worthy of clinical promotion effective therapy for the treatment of pelvic floor relaxation loss syndrome.
