Ba Liao Point Electrical Stimulation With Biofeedback Training For The Treatment Of Pelvic Floor Lost Achalasia Of Clinical Research

Purpose: The observation ba liao point electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback training effect on pelvic floor achalasia curative effect.Method: Clinical observation of the pelvic floor lost achalasia patients 63 cases, were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases) and control group(32 cases). Treatment group fall off in 1 case, 2 cases of the control group, the actual observation of 60 cases, 30 cases in the treatment group, 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group and the control group were treated for 2 weeks to observe the patients before treatment and after treatment of the symptoms score, anal sphincter contraction pressure and pelvic floor electromyography and compared analysis.Results:(1) overall efficacy evaluation: 30 cases in treatment group, the total effective rate is96.67%, which recovered the number of cases in 3 cases, 10 cases were markedly effective,effective in 16 cases, ineffective in 1 case; 30 cases in the control group the total efficiency was 76.67%, which recovered in 1 cases, 1 cases were markedly effective, effective in 21 cases, invalid in 7 cases. By statistical analysis, 2=5.192, P=0.026<0.05, with statistical significance, the two groups of curative effect was significantly different.(2) follow-up after 1 month:30 cases of treatment group, 1 cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly effective, 18 cases were effective, 30 cases were ineffective, 0 cases were cured, 0 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective, and 17 cases were ineffective.The effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%, the control group was 43.33%, P < 0.05,with statistical significance, the treatment group was better than the control group. Treatment group total effective number of 25 cases of treatment after the second week of 29 cases, 4cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 13.3%; the control group cases number 13 cases treatment after 2 weeks in 23 cases, recurrence in 10 cases, the recurrence rate was 33.3%,suggesting that the treatment group compared with the control group, the recurrence rate was significantly lower.(3) adverse reactions: treatment group(n = 30) in patients with adverse reactions, 1cases of numbness of lower limb, redness pinprick in 1 cases, 30 cases of control group patients have no adverse reaction.Conclusion: pelvic floor lost achalasia of Ba liao acupoint electric stimulation combined with biofeedback training short-term and long-term effect is obviously superior to the biofeedback training, is worthy of clinical promotion is effective in the treatment of pelvic floor achalasia scheme.
