Study On The Clinical Exploratory Study Of Qizhu Granule In The Treatment Of Early Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:Experimental study of traditional Chinese medicine and placebo in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in early clinical intervention through scientific evaluation and exploration Qizhu particles slow down the progress of the efficacy of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Method:Through randomized,placebo parallel control research methods,will also meet the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy,TCM syndrome for Qi and Yin Deficiency,wet blood stasis syndrome,aged 18-70 years old,blood pressure maintained at 140/90mmHg In the following cases,30 patients with glycosylated hemoglobin under 8%were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 15)and control group(n = 15).Treatment group in the conventional basic treatment plus Qizhu particles,the control group in the conventional basic treatment plus Qizhu granule placebo.The clinical trial cycle was 24 weeks.(MCR),serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial blood glucose(PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(PBG)and blood glucose(PBG)were measured before and after the test.(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)were measured to calculate glomerular filtration rate(GFR),and total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)And heart rate,respiratory,blood pressure,body temperature,blood,urine,regular stool,liver function,electrocardiogram,fundus examination,adverse events and other safety indicators of detection and observation.Application of SPSS18.0 software package for statistical analysis of all the above indicators.Result:The amount of cases of this study in final is 30,the number of cases actually completed after the course of treatment was 25 cases,of which 12 cases were completed in the treatment group and 13 cases in the control group.(1)The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 67%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the TCM syndrome scores,the treatment group improved the fatigue,dryness,constipation,(P<0.05).The syndrome of the numbness of the limbs was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)There were no significant differences in MCR,Scr,BUN and GFR between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HbAlc and PBG between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The level of FBG in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05)The improvement of FBG in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,C index was superior to the control group(P<0.05).During the entire clinical trial study,the treatment group and the control group of patients were not serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Qizhu particle can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of TCM in patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy,and significantly reduce the FBG and LDL-C indexes,but it has no obvious effect on MCR,GFR,Scr and BUN.Need to further explore and research Qizhu particle.
