Objective: This study, mainly through the analysis of closed vacuum sealing drainage technique combined with Surgical treatment in the treatment of refractory wounds, compared the differences in the treatment of refractory wound between closed vacuum sealing drainage technique combined with Surgical treatment and conventional dressing change combined with Surgical treatment. In order to provide a new methods and ideas for clinical treatment of refractory wounds,to impetus the development of the wound treatment technology in domestic strongly,so that the technique could be popularized in primary hospital widely. Methods: To collect a total of 40 refractory wound patients in Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University from October 2014 to December 2016 and randomly divided them into closed vacuum drainage treatment group(20 cases)and conventional treatment group(20 cases). To record the general data such as gender, age and wound area and sign informed consent to treatment of both groups. The closed vacuum drainage treatment group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage technique combined with Surgical treatment.while the conventional treatment group was treated with routine dressing change combined with Surgical treatment. To observe the time of using antibiotics after treatment, wound healing time, wound healing rate, the time of clearing wound infection, dressing change times, hospitalization time, the time between the first debridement and operation and VAS pain score of the 3rd,7th,11 th day after clearance of two groups and use SPSS22.0 statistical software to analyze the observed data. Results: 1.In the aspects of the compare of general situation of closed vacuum drainage treatment group and conventional treatment group: closed vacuum drainage treatment group consists of 13 male and 7 female while conventional treatment group contains 11 male cases and 9 female cases, there was no significant difference in gender composition of two groups(P>0.05);the age of closed vacuum drainage treatment group was(52.04 + 7.22)years old and that of conventional treatment group was(49.08 + 6.94)year-old,there was no significant difference in age of two groups(P>0.05);the wound area of closed vacuum drainage treatment group was(45.52 + 12.34)cm2 while that of conventional treatment group was(40.93 + 11.64)cm2,there was no significant difference in wound area of two groups(P >0.05).2.In the respects of the comparison of the time of wound healing time and the time of clearing wound infection of closed vacuum drainage treatment group and conventional treatment group: the time of wound healing time of closed vacuum drainage treatment group was(9.65 + 3.12)days and that of conventional treatment group was(17.95 + 3.35)days,there was statistical difference in the time between the two groups(P <0.05);the time of clearing wound infection of closed vacuum drainage treatment group was(8.75 + 2.61)days while that of conventional treatment group was(14 + 3.28)days,there was significant difference in the time between the two groups(P <0.05).3.In some way of the comparison of hospitalization time, the time between the first debridement and operation and dressing change times of closed vacuum drainage treatment group and conventional treatment group: hospitalization time of closed vacuum drainage treatment group was(18.55 + 4.29)days while that of conventional treatment group was(31.30 + 6.91)days,there was statistically significant difference between the two group(P <0.05);the time between the first debridement and operation of closed vacuum drainage treatment group was(7.10 + 2.17)days and that of conventional treatment group was(14.20 + 3.47)days,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05);dressing change(dressing)times of post operation of closed vacuum drainage treatment group were(1.90 + 1.37)times while those of conventional treatment group were(14.45 + 3.80)times,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P <0.05).4.Comparison of the wound healing rate between the closed vacuum drainage treatment group and conventional treatment group: The wound healing rate of closed vacuum drainage treatment group was 95% while that of conventional treatment group was 60.00%,there was statistically significant differences between the two groups(?2=3.91 P =0.013).5.Comparison of the VAS pain score of the 3rd,7th,11 th day after debridement of closed vacuum drainage treatment group and conventional treatment group: the VAS pain score of the 3rd day after first debridement of closed vacuum drainage treatment group was(4.08 + 1.25)while that of conventional treatment group was(6.59 + 1.30),there was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05);the VAS pain score of the 7th day after first debridement of closed vacuum drainage treatment group was(3.13 + 0.72)and that of conventional treatment group was(4.94 + 0.97),there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05);the VAS pain score of the 11 th day after first debridement of closed vacuum drainage treatment group was(1.59 + 0.74)while that of conventional treatment group was(3.78 + 0.53),there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.Closed vacuum sealing drainage technique can effectively shorten the wound healing time of patients with wound healing and wound infection clearance time.2.Closed vacuum sealing drainage technique can significantly shorten the patient's hospital stay,so that patients can receive surgery as soon as possible to reduce the number of wound dressing.3.Closed vacuum sealing drainage technique can effectively improve the healing rate of wound healing patients.4.Closed vacuum sealing drainage technique can effectively alleviate the healing of patients with postoperative wound pain, reduce the pain of patients.
