Objective: To observe the clinical effect of polyene phosphatidyl choline of acupoint injection combined traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decoction in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver,to scientific evaluating the clinical efficacy and safety, providing original ideas and clinical therapeutic methods of AFL.Methods:Choose the alcoholic fatty liver suffer 60,were selected and randomly divided into control group, observation group of 1,observation group of 2,observation group of 3,each group with 15 patients. All group were given the basic treatment, including lifestyle changes(abstinence, regular rest time, reasonable diet, proper exercise, forbidden to overuse drugs and to avoid contact with substances with hepatotoxicity),active treatment accompanied with morbidity and removal risk factors. The control group was treated with polyene phosphatidyl choline intravenous drip on basic treatment, observation group of 1 with polyene phosphatidylcholine of acupoint injection on basic treatment, observation group of 2 with TCM decoction on basic treatment, observation group of 3 with polyene phosphatidyl choline of acupoint injection combined TCM decoction on basic treatment. Two weeks as a course of treatment, with a total of six courses.Statistical analysis of all data,to evaluate the therapeutic effect of 4 groups on alcoholic fatty liver by observing the changes of TCM clinical symptoms, liver function(ALT,AST,GGT,TBL),blood lipid(TC,TG),liver color ultrasound, and so on.Results:(1)In terms of clinical efficacy, the total effective:control group was 80%,the observation group of 1 was 73.3%,the observation group of 2 was 86.7%,and the observation group of 3 was 93.3%.The polyene phosphatidyl choline of acupoint injection in combination with TCM decoction was better than the other groups, but there was no difference between the four groups, which was no statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)Each group can improve the clinical symptoms of TCM,compared with before treatment, there was statistical significant(P<0.05),and the observation group of 3 improved better than other group, there was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05).(3)There was significant effect in improving the liver function, and there were differences in ALT,AST,GGT and BTL before and after treatment in each group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the four groups in ALT,GGT and BTL,and there was no statistical significance. But in the reduction of AST,the observation group of 3 hadan advantage over observation group of 1?observation group of 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the observation group of 3 and the control group(P<0.05).(4)In the improvement of blood lipid(TC,TG),all groups had better curative effect, and the observation group of 3 was superior to other groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05).(5)Each group had better effect on liver ultrasound imaging improvement after treatment, but there no statistical difference between the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Each treatment group can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of TCM,improve liver function, reduce blood lipid, restore liver imaging.Polyene phosphatidyl choline of acupoint injection in combination with the TCM decoction was more effective than the other groups. In addition,no adverse events were found in clinical trials. It is suggested that the combination of TCM decoction and polyene phosphatidyl choline acupoint injection is safe and suitable for clinical application.
