This thesis consists of two chapters.The chemical constituents from Sophora genus as well as their bioactivity from 2008 to 2016 were summarized in the first charpter.The second chapter study on the chemical constituents of the Caesalpinia enneaphylla Roxb.The first chapter summarizes the research progress on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activity of Sophora genus in recent years.The second chapter presented the study on the chemical constituents of Caesalpinia enneaphylla Roxb.,which was distributed in Yunnan and southwest of Guangxi.34 compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate extracted of the Caesalpinia enneaphylla Roxb.Through modern chromatography,spectral technology,and X-ray,34 compounds were isolated and identified from the Caesalpinia enneaphylla Roxb.Compounds 1 and 2 are novel hybrid flavan-chalcones.Compound 3 is a hybrid of chalcone and new skeleton flavan having a ?,?-unsaturated carbonyl of ring A.Compound 4 is a hybrid of chalcone and two flavans.The identified compounds include triterpenes,steroids flavonoids and other constituents.Their structures were elucidated to be: caesalpiniaflavan A(1),caesalpiniaflavan B(2),caesalpiniaflavan C(3),caesalpiniaflavan D(4),oxyfadichalcone B(5),2?,4?-dihydroxychalcone(6),isoliquiritigenin(7),2?,3,4,4?-tetrahydroxychalcone(8),7-hydroxyflavonone(9),naringenin(10),7,8-dihydroxyflavanone(11),kaempferol 3-O-?-L-rhamnopyranoside(12),quercitrin(13),kaempferol(14),8-methoxyisobonducellin(15),quercetin 3-O-?-D arabinoside(16),8-methoxybonducellin(17),(E)-3-(3?,4?-dihydroxybenzylidene)-7-hydroxy-5-hydroxychroman-4-one(18),eucomin(19),5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-3-(4-hydroxybenzylidene)chroman-4-one(20),5,7-dihydroxy-3-(4?-hydroxybenzylidene)chroman-4-one(21),daucosterol(22),stigmastane-3?,6?-diol-3-O-tetradecanoate(23),?-sitosterol(24),glutinol(25),ursolic acid(26),trans-2,3-diacetoxy-1-[(benzoyloxy)methyl]-cyclohexa-4,6-diene(27),3-hydroxy-benzyl benzoate(28),2-acetoxybenzyl benzoate(29),triacontan-1-ol(30),methyl palmitate(31),(2R,4aR,8aR)-3,4,4a,8a-tetrahydro-4a-hydroxy-2,6,7,8a-tetramethyl-2-(4,8,12-trimeth yltridecyl)-2H-chromene-5,8-dione(32),gallic acid(33),ethyl gallate(34).All the compounds were isolated from Caesalpinia enneaphylla Roxb for the first time.Compounds 1-4 were tested for leukemia HL-60,lung cancer A-549,hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC-7721,breast cancer MCF-7 and colon cancer SW480 activity.The activity of compound 3 was the best,and its IC50 were 0.54?0.76?0.60?0.87?0.70?M recspectively.
