The Expression And Correlation Of RCAS1 And VEGF In Primary Gallbladder Carcinoma

Objective: To detect the expression of RCAS1 and VEGF in the PGC and chronic cholecystitis tissues.Methods: Through detecting the expression of RCAS1 and VEGF in 42 cases of PGC and 16 chronic cholecystitis tissues by immunohistochemistry(SP)method to analysis the difference ofRCAS1 and VEGF expression in different clinical and pathological characteristics of PGC Results: The expression of RCAS1 and VEGF inPGCwas significantly higher thanchronic cholecystitis tissues;Both the expression was not influenced by gender and age,but was closely related to tumor differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.The expression of RCAS1 and VEGF was positively correlated in HCC.Conclusion: RCAS1 and VEGF are closely related to the occurrence and improvement of PGC and the expression of RCAS1 and VEGF may have a cooperative relationship in the occurrence and improvement of PGC.They can be used as molecular markers to judge the biological behavior of PGC.
