Objective: Research whether Cys-C,hs-CRP and essential hypertension patients with left ventricular remodeling is related or not,for clinical judgment the severity of the ventricular remodeling and early monitoring providing theory according to the occurrence and development of ventricular remodeling.Methods: Reference to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,selecting 120 cases of patients with essential hypertension who hospitalized in Qinghai University affiliated hospital from November 2015 to November 2016.All patients were records age,sex,weight,height and so on.Calculate body surface area and body mass index.Fasting 8h,the next day in the morning to send the peripheral venous blood sent to the hospital for testing cystatin C,high sensitive C-reactive protein,blood lipids,blood uric acid and other indicators indexes.Perfect color Doppler ultrasound examination and record of end diastolic inter-ventricular septum thickness,end diastolic left ventricular diameter,end diastolic left ventricular posterior wall thickness and so on.Then calculate the left ventricular mass index(LVMI),relative wall thickness(RWT).Cases were grouped according to the classification criteria of left ventricular geometry: Left ventricular normal configuration(NG)group 40 cases and left ventricular reconstruction group of 80 cases.Left ventricular remodeling group: Concentric remodeling(CCR)group of 32 cases,Concentric hypertrophy(CCH)group of 17 cases,Eccentric hypertrophy(ECH)group of 31 cases.NG group was set as control group.Statistical analysis using spss19.0 data.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the four groups in gender,age,BMI,BSA,Scr,Ccr,Ua,Glu,TCH,TG,HDL,BUN,LDL,WBC,SBP,DBP(P>0.05);comparison of the course of hypertension between the four groups: CCR group,CCH group and ECH group than in NG group,there was significant difference(P<0.05),between the three groups: CCR group,CCH group,ECH group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Comparison of Cys-C and hs-CRP between the four groups: ECH group,CCH group and CCR group were higher than NG group,ECH group and CCH group were higher than CCR group,ECH group was higher than CCH group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);comparison of LVMI: ECH group,CCH group and CCR group were higher than NG group,ECH group and CCH group were higher than CCR group,there was significant difference(P<0.05),ECH group and CCH group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);comparison of RWT: CCH group and CCR group were higher than NG group,ECH group was lower than CCR group,ECH group was lower than CCH group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);ECH group and NG group,CCH group and CCR group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.The Cys-C,hs-CRP and the course of hypertension of left ventricular remodeling group were positively correlated with LVMI,the correlation coefficients respectively were(r=0.390,0.404,0.202,P<0.05);Cys-C,hs-CRP and the course of hypertension were not correlated with RWT respectively.4.There was a positive correlation between Cys-C and hs-CRP in left ventricular remodeling group,r=0.399,P<0.001;Cys-C and hs-CRP were not related to the course of hypertension.5.Two logistic regression analysis indicated that Cys-C(OR=14.982,P<0.05)and hs-CRP(OR=3.633,P<0.05)were the risk factors for left ventricular remodeling in patients with essential hypertension,Cys-C is more dangerous than hs-CRP.Conclusion: 1.The degree of left ventricular remodeling in patients with essential hypertension increases with the increase of serum Cys-C and hs-CRP levels,Cys-C and hs-CRP are related to left ventricular remodeling,Cys-C and hs-CRP are risk factors for left ventricular remodeling,Cys-C is more dangerous than hs-CRP.2.Cys-C is related to hs-CRP,and the two are involved in the process of left ventricular remodeling.3.The detection of serum Cys-C and hs-CRP levels in patients with EH is helpful for early monitoring of the evolution of ventricular remodeling,which can help to judge the severity of ventricular remodeling.
