Objective: Observe the efficacy of the CO2 Fractional laser in treatment of facial corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis in the high altitude area.Method: Eighty patients of facial corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis were randomized into simply drug group and combination group:both of the two groups were applied compound glycyrrhizin capsules and levocetirizine dispersible tablets, and oral 3 weeks; At the same time, combination group were guided CO2 fractional laser, once every four weeks. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. The effect was measured respectively at week 4,8 and 12.Results: The effective rates of the combination group were signifcantly higher than simply drug group at 4 weeks?8 weeks and 12 weeks, and the difference was statistically signifcant?P<0.05?.The third month after the treatment,The subjective symptoms, face diffused erythema and tumid, acneform lesion, skin aging and angiotelectasis in combination group were better than that of simply drug group significantly?P<0.05?.But there were no statistical difference between two groups about polytrichia and pigmentation?P>0.05?.Conclusion: The compound glycyrrhizin capsules and levocetirizine dispersible tablets combination with the CO2 fractional laser is an effective and low recurrence rate in treatment of facial corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis in the high altitude area.
