Evaluation Index System Of General Practitioner Quality

GP as the primary health care institutions in C hina’s backbone,shouldering the prevention,treatment,rehabilitation,health education,family planning,health responsibility,public health is a "gatekeeper",the overall quality has a decisive role to direct the basic medical and health service level.Over t he years,the construction of China’s basic medical and health personnel is relatively backward,the number of qualified general practitioners is seriously insufficient,since China has not yet issued a unified measure,therefore,it is necessary to make a scientific evaluation of the comprehensive quality index of general practitioners in primary medical institutions.The purpose of this study is to construct a set of scientific,reasonable and feasible GP comprehensive quality evaluation index system,not only can the comprehensive quality of the comprehensive analysis of GP and its existing problems,at the same time,for the training of general practitioner training,employment and assessment to provide scientific and objective basis and reference standard.This study used quantitative and qualitative research methods,mainly analyzes from the following four aspects: first,using the method of literature review and expert interviews and screening index evaluation was constructed GP comprehensive quality model;secondly,using the Delphy expert consultation,expert selection of general medical field and the issuance of questionnaires,further evaluation index;again using AHP,construct judgment matrix and determine the weight of each index and construct the comprehensive quality index system of general practitioners.Finally,some general practitioners were randomly divided into general practitioners to evaluate the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of general practitioners.In this study,after three rounds of expert consultation,the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of general practitioners was constructed,three rounds of questionnaire recovery rate was above 85%,the expert consultation authority coefficient is greater than 0.80,the overall expert coordination coefficient 0.445,P values are the result of hypothesis testing < 0.001,expert opinion authority,high reliability,the Krone Bach coefficient test,evaluation index questionnaire has good reliability and validity,the evaluation index is reasonable;through expert consultation,screening out the evaluation index system of GPS comprehensive quality,including 3 level indicators,9 level two indexes,43 three level index;hierarchy analysis results showed that the weight of o ne class index character,knowledge,ability is respectively 0.1958,0.3108,0.4934,all levels of indexes through the logical consistency.The results showed that the results were satisfactory,and the total score of general practitioners was 73.34 points,and there was a certain gap between the general quality requirements of general practitioners.Through the research,finally construct a set of scientific,rational and objective GP comprehensive quality evaluation index system,after verification,the index system has good reliability and validity,practicability and feasibility are strong;the index system reflects the professional knowledge in the general practitioner comprehensive quality accounted for the highest proportion of general medical.The ab ility and basic knowledge of the essential part of the occupation accomplishment and medical ethics is the general practitioner’s comprehensive quality.Provide certain reference to education,culture to construct the index system for general practitioners,to further reform and improve the general practitioner training scheme and reasonable curriculum system,improving the general quality of training medical students;to further clarify the GPS comprehensive ability to provide a reference for the basic med ical and health institutions hiring,assessment personnel.
