The Clinical Study Of Treatment For The Stage ? Hypertension From Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets Convertto Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets Combine With Prescription For Removing Phlegm And Dredging Collaterals

Objective:Observe Professor Deng Yue's Eliminating Phlegm and Activating Collateral Antihypertension Decoction reating Phlegm and blood stasis type hypertension,based onthe Theory of Phlegm and Blood Stasis.Research the effect of Eliminating Phlegm and Activating Collateral Antihypertension Decoction on blood pressure after clinical observation,to make contributions to the theory and practice of traditional Chinese Medicine.Material and methods:A total of 120 patients with were collected from cardiovascular diseases out-patient clinics of cardiovascular diseases out-patient in Changchun university of Chinese medicine from December 2015 to December 2016 ? They will be given Levamlodiping Besylate Tablets(Shihuida)2.5mg a day to treat hypertension during 15 days of treatment.After a course of treatment,give them measurements of blood pressure in a resting state at 9:00 a.m.For the folks who took only levamlodipine besylate tablets but cuoldn`t reach target blood pressure(systolic pressure<140mm Hg and/or diastolic pressure<90mm Hg),randomly divided into experimental and control group.The patients in the control group would be given Perindopril Tablets 4mg a day besides Levamlodiping Besylate Tablets during 15 days of treatment.The patients in the experimental group would be given Eliminating Phlegm and Activating Collateral Antihypertension Decoction besides Levamlodiping Besylate Tablets,twice a day.After a course of treatment,observes two group of patient's treatment results(blood pressure,main clinical symptoms,headache scorer,)Results:Eliminating Phlegm and Activating Collateral Antihypertension Decoction can markedly relieve the symptoms of vertigo ? headache and other major clinical symptoms.The total effectiveness rate in treatment group is 88.3%.
