Objective:To describe the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in Shihezi City during 2005-2016,and to investigate the infection status of key population in 7groups,and to understand the knowledge about the knowledge of disease prevention and control,and to predict the incidence of brucellosis in 2017 and 2018 years.To provide reference and countermeasures for the relevant government departments to prevent and control disease.Methods:According to the principle of stratified random sampling,we sampled 500 key population,who were from farm 121 and 134 in Xiayedi,farm 142 in Anjihai,fram 148 and 149 in Mosuowan,Shi zongchang and farm 143 in the region around the city,as the object of study,to do the brucellosis detection,and to carry out questionnaire of knowledge awareness of brucellosis prevention and treatment knowledge.The epidemiological characteristics of human epidemic disease in Shihezi City during2005-2016 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Theχ~2test and the exact probability method were used to analyze the intergroup rate or composition ratio.Results:Division city is reported in 612 cases of brucellosis in 2005~2016.The average annual incidence rate is 8.39/10 million.There are significant differences in the incidence of different year(χ~2=50.35,P<0.05)and there are no deaths.The incidence from 2005 to2008 is relatively stable.The incidence rate has increased since 2009 year by year,reaching a peak in 2014(34.53/10 million).The incidence begins to decrease in 2015 and decreases greatly in 2016.A male and female incidence ratio is 3.60:1.The minimum is 8years old and the maximum is 82 years old,with an average 46.41 years old.The youngsters from 30 to 60 years old are mostly accounted for 82.35%(504 cases),and different age structure has statistical significance(χ~2=60.39,P<0.05).The period from March to August is the peak incidence and the total number of cases accounts for 72.39%.The constituent ratio of different months has statistical significance(χ~2=13.54,P<0.05).The cases are mainly distributed in the 143 Group(105 cases,17.16%),Shihezi City(86cases,14.05%),the military regiment farm of Shihezi(78 cases,12.75%)and Shihezi Town(61 cases,9.97%),which accounts for 53.93%of the total.The number of cases in different regions is statistically significant(χ~2=16.91,P<0.05).The cases are mainly distributed in farmers(311 cases,50.82%)and workers(109 cases,17.81%).The ratio of the number of cases in different occupations has statistical significance(χ~2=122.64,P<0.05).The infection rate of the key population is higher.The positive rate of RBPT is5.40%,and the positive rate of SAT is 3.40%.The number of confirmed infections is 27and 17 people are ill.The incidence has regional differences.And different farms have different infection rate,prevalence rate and incidence rate of brucellosis,which is statistically significant(χ~2=6.52,P<0.05).The gender difference is not obvious.The male incidence rate is 3.28%and the female incidence rate is 4.65%.The difference is not statistically significant(χ~2=0.00,P>0.05).The difference of age is different.The highest is5.30%in the age group from 40~years,and the lowest is 0.80%in the group from20~years.The difference is statistically significant(χ~2=4.10,P<0.05).The rate of total awareness of brucellosis prevention knowledge of focus groups is 87.22%.Different farms have different rates of brucellosis knowledge.But the difference is not statistically significant as same to gender difference.(χ~2=3.37,P>0.05).The difference is statistically significant in different ages,nationalities and occupations.(respectively,χ~2=8.83,17.68,16.52).In conclusion,the awareness rate of related behavior knowledge is low,and personal protection is not good enough.Disinfection condition is poor,and the way of obtaining knowledge are mainly health propaganda and unit training.Average division method is used to predict the incidence rates of division city in 2017 and 2018,the results of which is respectively 12.73/10 million and 13.96/10 million.Conclusion:The incidence of brucellosis is the highest in 2014 and declines from 2015 to 2016 in the municipality,but the forecast shows that 2017 and 2018 will be higher than those in2016.If the measures are not taken in time,the epidemic will spread further.The prevalence rate of epidemic disease is still high in the key areas of the municipality,and there is a need of further improvement on the awareness rate of basic knowledge and related behaviors.The personal protective consciousness is not strong and the disinfection status is poor.Therefore,on the one hand,we should increase the control of epidemic diseases,strengthen the feeding and management,do a good job of sick meat or milk product supervision,make the standardized management of the multi-department cooperation,strengthen the exchange of information;on the other hand,do a good job of disinfection and pollution disposal,improve personal protection knowledge and skill level.At last,it is necessary to increase the intensity of the intervention package,carry out the work of monitoring the disease and pay attention to the work of health education.We should vigorously popularize the knowledge of prevention and treatment of brucellosis,strengthen the training of the business,improve the diagnosis and treatment ability of the medical staff and improve the level of the disease control personnel.And ultimately achieve the purpose of that the disease can be preventable,controllable and cure.
