In this paper,the quality analysis of Xiangshayangwei pill(concentrated pill)was studied.The main contents of this paper were as follows:The first part studied on the quality analysis of volatile oil extraction process of Xiangshayangwei pill(concentrated pill).Radices saussureae,pericarpium citri reticulatae,fructus aurantii immaturus,Vinegar attached,pogostemon cablin,ginger and Ginger Mix-frying Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis containing more volatile components in the prescription medicines of Xiangshayangwei pills,we collect and weigh the herbs according to prescription proportion,crushing treatment,using steam distillation to extract the volatile oil,and the chemical components of volatile oil samples were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The second part is the quality analysis of water extraction process of Xiangsha Yangwei Pill(concentrated pills).Near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprints were used to analyze the water extraction process during the preparation of Xiangsha Yangwei Pill(concentrated pills),and the optimization of the preparation process of Xiangsha Yangwei Pill was carried out by using NIRS and HPLC for reference.The NIRS combined with stoichiometric method was used to determine the indicator components in the water extraction process,and the high quality liquid chromatographic fingerprint technique was used to analyze the whole quality of the extract at different extraction time points.The quantitative analysis model of hesperidin and honokiol in the water extraction process was established successfully by NIRS.The established NIR quantitative analysis model could realize the rapid on-line detection of water extraction process,and the results of fingerprint analysis showed that the increase of the extraction time and the content of the indicator component in the extract increased in the time range of 80 ~ 100 min.The application of HPLC fingerprinting technology could provide the basis for the quality analysis of the preparation process.Combined with two methods,for the Xiangsha Yangwei pills(concentrated pills)preparation process of water extraction technology to provide experimental reference and theoretical basis.The third part is studied on analysis of the quality of concentrated process preparation the Xiangshayangwei pill(concentrated pill).The water extract of 5batches was concentrated,the 5 concentration processes were sample at intervals of5 min,7min,9min,11 min,13min,Using near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)to establish the quantitative analysis model of hesperidin,honokiol and relative density in the process,and the results were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results show that the model is accurate,high accuracy,can be used to analyze the index component in the preparation of the concentration process,and provide the basis for the enrichment process to determine the end point.The analysis results are used in the production process of the preparation,to provide reference for the on-line detection.The fourth part established the HPLC fingerprints of different Polarity Fractions from Xiangshayangwei pills(condensed)of different manufacturers,compared the chemical composition differences between the Polarity Fractions from Xiangshayangwei pills(condensed),to provide a reference for overall evaluation of the quality of Xiangshayangwei pills(condensed).Extracted the Xiangshayangwei pills(condensed)by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,chloroform,n-butanol,and methyl alcohol respectively,concentrated to extractum,dried under reduced pressure to obtain a powder,The samples fingerprints were analyzed by HPLC,and use the similarity evaluation software for data analysis.25 common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks and 3 common peaks were identified in the petroleum ether extract of Xiangshayangwei pills(condensed).The chloroform extracts of HPLC fingerprint identified a total of 26 common peaks and 2 common peaks were identified.The ethyl acetate part of HPLC fingerprint identified a total of 25 common peaks and 3 common peaks were identified.The n-butyl alcohol part of HPLC fingerprint identified a total of 33 common peaks and 3 common peaks were identified.The methyl alcohol extraction of HPLC fingerprint identified a total of 29 common peaks and 3 common peaks were identified.The fingerprint similarity of the same polarity fractions of Xiangshayangwei pills(condensed)is high,chemical compositions of different polarity fractions have significant differences;at the same time,the source of the main peaks in the common patterns of the 5 different extracts were determined.The established fingerprints can fully reflect the distribution of the chemical composition of Xiangshayangwei pills(condensed),to provide reference for overall quality evaluation of Xiangshayangwei pills(condensed).
