| Objective:This experiment observe the effect and security of Chaiji Decoction on gastric ulcer(stagnated heat of liver and stomach type)patients,by comparison with the known effective drug Omeprazole enteric-coated capsule,Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Chaiji Decoction,in order to provide a new idea and a new method of traditional Chinese medicine in treating gastric ulcer.Methods: In accordance with the inclusion criteria,this experiment select 88 cases of patients with gastric ulcer of stagnated heat of liver and stomach type.All cases who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,44 cases in treatment group,44 cases in control group.The treatment group was treated with Chaiji Decoction,a daily dose of an agent is divided into two drugs,each 200 m L;The treatment of western medicine were treated with Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules,each20 mg,2 times daily;Treatment is 6 weeks.To observe the improvement of main index of patients,such as the clinical symptoms,physical signs,such as the extent of the healing of the ulcer under gastroscope,as well as adverse reactions that may occur in the course of treatment.Results: 1.The comparison of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes Points:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group symptom scores for 92.50%and 80.00% in control group,the total effective rate of therapeutic effect of two groups of symptoms compared,the difference was statistically significant;The two groups there were significant differences in cure rate and obvious efficiency,suggesting that wood and decoction group and in the integral of TCM symptoms curative effect is better than that in group of Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules.2.The efficacy of main symptoms and secondary symptoms comparison: Chaiji Decoction group and omeprazole enteric-coated capsules group there was significant difference between the three main symptoms:Epigastric pain,fullness in chest and hypochondrium,irritability,and two secondary symptoms: dry mouth,constipation;In thirst with a liking for cool drinks,water brash,poor three aspects of secondary symptoms comparison,the difference was not statistically significant.The treatment group in improving the stomach pain,fullness in chest and hypochondrium,irritability,dry mouth,constipation and the clinical symptoms better than the control group.There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups in terms of the three secondary symptoms: thirst with a liking for cool drinks,pantothenic acid,eat less.3.The comparison of the gastroscopic figures: The results showed that after the treatment of two groups,the treatment group the rate of cure + markedly effective rate was 67.50%,total effective rate was 90.00%;In control group the rate of cure+ markedly effective rate was 37.50%,total effective rate was 72.50%.Comparison of the two groups there were significant differences in cure + markedly effective rate and total effective rate.This result prompt Chaiji Decoction is better than the group of Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules in improving the degree of ulcer healing.4.The long-term effect:the evaluation of cure patients(including cure and markedly effective cases)were followed up to observe the long-term effect.The recurrence rate of the treatment group is 7.40%,the control group,the recurrence rate was 40.00%.The two groups there was significant difference in the recurrence rate of ulcer.Prompting Chaiji Decoction in the inhibition of gastric ulcer recurrence curative effect is better than that in group of Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules.Conclusion: In the treatment of stagnated heat of liver and stomach type in patients with gastric ulcer,Chaiji Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,and promote the restoration of the damaged gastric mucosa under gastroscopy effectively,reduce the recurrence rate of diseases,and the safety is good,it is worthy of promotion. |
