With foundation treatment at the same time, the observation group received oral Fermentum Rubrum (Red Yeast)2capsules (per300mg),2times daily, and combined with the pricking blood treatment; The control group were given oral Fermentum Rubrum (Red Yeast)2capsules (per300mg),2times daily as drug therapy. All patients were treated continuously for12weeks. Blood lipid and viscosity test were done before treatment, and after12weeks of treatment. The statistical analysis of clinical efficacy and safety were observed in patients and if any adverse reaction. Results:There are no significant difference (P>0.05),in the two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, disease duration, body mass index and other clinical general information. The total effective Lipid regulating rate as defined in the observation group, was96.77%, vs84.38%in control group, Both the two groups can effectively reduce the serum TC, TG, LDL-C, ApoB, and improve HDL-C, ApoAl levels, as well as to improve the blood rheology.
