| Taxus × media Rehd is imported from abroad and is a perennial coniferous shrub.Researching different parts of the medicinal plants for compounds similar to paclitaxel’s structure,which have the antitumor activity of new taxane diterpenoids,and other types of new compounds,to fully develop and utilize plants of the genus taxus resource is of great significance.In recent years,there have been few reports on the chemical constituents of T.media,so this research group selected the leaves of T.media,and studied the chemical constituents of petroleum ether,ethyl acetate.Twenty-two compounds were isolated and purified from the leaves of T.media Rehd by combining several column chromatographic methods during the experiment.Explicating and analysing the structures with the help of physicochemical properties and spectral techniques including UV,MS,NMR,the compounds were identified as taxinine-11,12-oxide(1),2-deacetoxytaxuspine C(2),5a-cinnamoyl-9a,10 β,13α-triace-toxytaxa-4(20),11-diene(3),7,9-deacetyltaxinine B(4),taxagifin(5),9-deacetyltaxinine A(6),9-deacetyltaxinine(7),10-desacetylbaccatin Ⅲ(8),paclitaxel(9),taxuspine F(10),kaempferol(11),aromadendrin(12),apigenin(13),sciadopitysin(14),ginkgetin(15),4-hydroxy-benzaldehyde(16),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(17),pyrocatechol(18),β-sitosterol(19),10-eicosanol(20),tetracosanoic acid,3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)propyl ester(21),palmitic acid(22).Among all compounds,1-4、6、7、2、16-18、21 are firstly isolated from the plant of Taxus media Rehd and compound 20 is obtained from the Taxaceae for the first time.The leaves of Adinandra nitida Merr.ex H.L.Li,which has confirmed that the dry leaves of perennial tree Adinandra nitida Merr.ex H.L.Li.It has been reported that there is a long history of the application of the herb,and it has been used in the way of tea drinking to achieve the effect of improving digestion,anti-inflammatory,moistening the lungs,liver-protect,improving acuity of vision and so on.The active ingredients of A.nitida contains flavonoids,triterpenoid saponins,proteins,polyphenols,polysaccharides and caffeine,and it has pharmacological effects of antioxidation and antitumor effects.Therefore,research was focused on the chemical constituent of ethyl acetate extract of A.nitida in this study on the basis of previous achievements,in order to provide a theoretical basis for its further development and utilization.Fourteen compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of A.nitida,by the me thods of Sephadex LH-20 gel column,normal phase and reversed phase chromatography.Based on the results obtained by 1H-NMR,UV,13C-NMR,and ESI-MS,these compound s were identified as naringenin(1)、apigenin(2)、luteolin(3)、3’-chrysoeriol(4)、quercetin(5)、(-)-epicatechin(6)、camellianin A(7)、camellianin B(8)、quercitri n(9)、protocatechuic acid(10)、p-methoxyphenol(11)、3,4,3’,4’-tetrahydroxy diphen yl(12)、scopoletin(13)and palmitic acid(14).5 compounds including 3、10-14 are obtained from the plant of Adinandra nitida Merr.ex H.L.Li for the first time,4 com pounds including 3、11-13 are obtained from Theaceae for the first time. |
