Objective: 1.To investigate the relationship between advanced inflammatory factor HMGB1 and autophagy related protein Beclin-1 and LC3;2.The correlation of HMGB1,Beclin-1 and LC3 with the volume of prostate, blood PSA,metabolic index and so on was analyzed. Methods:Collection of tissue specimens of 60 cases of prostatic hyperplasia hospitalized in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from August 2015 to December2017;Detection of inflammation and pathology of prostate tissue in patients with HE staining;According to the histological classification system of chronic prostatitis established by the international prostatitis collaborative network(PICN),it was divided into two groups: pure hyperplasia of prostate and benign prostatic hyperplasia with tissue inflammation;Distribution of HMGB1,Beclin-1 and LC3 in prostate tissue by immunohistochemistry and Detection of the expression of HMGB1,Beclin-1 and LC3 protein in prostate tissue by Western blot; The expression levels of HMGB1,Beclin-1 and LC3 in simple BPH group and BPH group with chronic inflammation group were compared, and the correlations between them were also related to prostate volume, age and serum prostate-specific antigen(PSA)level.Results:HMGB1 is mainly expressed in prostatic epithelial cells in simple hyperplastic group,The expression of HMGB1 in the prostatic epithelial cells and inflammatory cells and extracellular is expressed in the inflammation group; The key autophagy protein LC3 and Beclin1 are expressed in human prostate epithelial cells.Compared with the simple BPHgroup, the expression of HMGB1 in the prostate tissue of BPH with chronic tissue inflammation was significantly higher(P < 0.05)and the expression level of key autophagy protein Beclin-1 and LC3 was also significantly higher than that in simple BPH group(P <0.05).There was a significant difference in prostate volume and IPSS score between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood PSA,total cholesterol, urinary retention and triglyceride between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions: Late inflammatory factor HMGB1 and autophagy may be involved in the development and development of BPH.
