When coming to Indonesia, as a professor of Chinese, I found that even there aremany Chinese descendants in Indonesia. Chinese character learning for students isstill a serious bottleneck. I am teaching high school is Indonesia Christianinternational school, almost all Chinese students. According to the truth that they havea better ability to receive Chinese, however, is not so. Main reason for the preliminaryanalysis are as follows: first, before and after the Indonesian government in the1950sbegan to prohibit the classroom teaching of Chinese in Indonesia, and also can notspeak Chinese in public, from now on the teaching of Chinese in Indonesia appearedinterruption, and thus form a long time of the fault, as a Chinese, many do not speakmandarin; Second, most of these Chinese from China, Guangdong and Fujian,majority is Yue dialect and Fujian dialect, and the difference of the two dialects andmandarin is very big, under many social factors, caused great difficulties to learners ofthe Chinese language. Therefore, in order to find the Indonesian students (mainlyChinese) of Chinese characters teaching methods, students understand Indonesia(mainly Chinese) of Chinese characters learning habits and characteristics, as well asthe typical mistakes in writing Chinese characters, this article mainly from thepersonal basic situation, learning experience and feeling of classroom teaching andlearning situation of four aspects of Chinese characters noble Christian internationalschool students was investigated, the subjective feeling of the whole process oflearning Chinese characters from the strokes, components and structure of students,2013-2014in the first half year of operation, dictation, the examination paper hascarried on the statistics and analysis of Chinese character writing mistake.Through investigating the situation of students' learning and writing error, Ifound that:1, the students' Chinese character writing errors and student's perceptionsof the Chinese characters and Chinese characters learning habit has a direct contact;2,stroke error in Indonesian students (mainly Chinese) largest proportion of Chinesecharacter writing mistakes;3, mainly adopt the method of overall memory andmechanical repetition to remember Chinese characters, homophone, form and thedistinction between nearly word is the toughest part of a student learning Chinesecharacters;4, students want the teacher USES the dictation, voice, words and CARDS,etc. The traditional way to teach Chinese characters. According to these conclusions, I think should be in the daily teaching to cultivate students' good habits of learningChinese characters, strengthen the guidance and training Chinese characters learningskills, guide the Chinese characters stroke, stroke order and homophone, nearly wordsdistinction and learning.
