A Translation Project Report Of Decarbonizing Development:Three Steps To A Zero-Carbon Future (Overview)

The source text is excerpted from a report called Decarbonizing Development: Three Steps to a Zero-Carbon Future, which was written by World Bank staffs and was published on its website in June, 2015.
