The Development Approachs And Countermeasures Of Cultural Resources Industrialization Development Of "Blue Yellow Area" In Shandong Province

Cultural industry which is globally recognized as the 21 st century "sunrise industry" has become a new industry worldwide. In the critical period of adjusting economic structure and changing the mode of economic growth, the cultural industrywith its low consumption, high output, low pollution and other advantages to become a new economic growth point has become a new economic growth point. Cultural resources are important structural elements and the basic conditions for development of cultural industries, andthe important economic and cultural resources in social development. How cultural resource advantages turn into economic advantages and industrial advantages, the formation of new economic growth point, is urgent problems to be solved in the development of China's cultural industry. Taking "Blue Yellow Area" in Shandong Province for research target,in this paper, "Blue Yellow Area" in Shandong Province are classified cultural resources. According to features, advantages and potential size of the two regional cultural resource, ideas and countermeasures of industrial development of cultural resources were put forward.The paper is divided into six chapters as follow:The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background of this study, the research background, domestic and international research papers and reviewed research ideas, research methods, the main content and technical route.The two chapter is to introduce the related basis theories about cultural resources industrialization. From the content of the presentation of cultural resources prospective, it analyzes the relationship between cultural resources and cultural industry, and then introduces the theory of cultural resources industrialization development.Chapter three is the base of cultural resources industrialization development in "Blue Yellow Area". Firstly, referring to the national Tourism classification(GB / T18972-2003),it classifies cultural resources into seven categories in "Blue Yellow Area" in Shandong Province, through collecting relevant data and research literature of cultural resources, and then systematically analyzes resource characteristics in the regions. Secondly, it qualitative describes the cultural industry development, and analyzes the advantage of cultural resources industrialization development in "Blue Yellow Area", in Shandong Province.Chapter four is the quantitative analysis of "Blue Yellow Area" in Shandong Province cultural resources industrialization potential. First, by using statistical analysis of the frequency index, it constructs the index system of cultural resources development potential, containing 19 indicators from natural resources, development conditions, market demand potential, expected benefit. Then, a model of Grey Hierarchy, used to quantitatively evaluate cultural resources classified industrialization potential in "Blue Yellow Area". The results showed that in "Blue Zone", the potential for the development of cultural resources is better, in cultural resources of seven categories, the development potential the natural landscape cultural resources and historical cultural resources is better, the remaining resources are general; in "yellow zone", cultural development potential is general, and the development potential of seven categories culture resource is general.Chapter five is ideas of "Blue Yellow Area" in Shandong Province cultural resources industrialization development. Based on the analysis results, combined with the actual situation of the cultural industry development, it suggests that the overall idea adhere to the concept of sustainable development as a guide to properly handle the relationship between cultural resource protection and development; outstanding local culture to create special culture brand; digging deeply cultural resources to enhance the cultural quality and efficiency, to achieve the sustainable development of cultural resources. And from the industry, the brand, the layout, the cultural industry park, the key enterprise point, it puts forward the focus of cultural resource industrialization development "blue and yellow zones" in Shandong Province.Chapter six is suggestions of "Blue Yellow Area" in Shandong Province cultural resources industrialization development.According to the development ideas of cultural industries, combined with the actual development of the region, it put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The innovation of this paper mainly, combined with the actual situation of "Blue Yellow Area" in Shandong Province, based on the theory of cultural resources industrialization development, this paper systemly analizes the situation of cultural resources and the cultural industry development, and the advantage of cultural resources industrialization development, and constructs the index system of cultural resources development potential. Then, by using the model of Grey Hierarchy, it evaluated the cultural resources development potential. Based on the size of the development potential value of cultural resources,the paper provide a kinds of ideas for cultural resources industrialization development in "Blue Yellow Area", and provide the basis for the development of cultural industry policies and development plans for the future.
