At present, upsurge of learning Chinese is constantly heating-up all over the world, and many overseas students come from China to study Chinese. At the same time, lots of foreign schools establish a cooperative relationship with Chinese colleges and universities. And China dispatches Chinese volunteers to foreign schools to teach Chinese. From here we see that, Chinese charm is very great. Of course, Mongolia as other countries has a relationship with China. In Mongolia, there is not only Chinese course in the universities but also in the primary and middle school. In recent years, because of political communication between China and Mongolia, culture communication is becoming more and more frequent. Thus, Mongolia's students'number is more and more. For Mongolia's students', Mongolia belongs to Non Chinese culture circle, and is a kind of phonetic writing. While Chinese is a kind of ideographic characters. They belong to two different types. So Mongolia's students could meet lots of difficulties when learn Chinese characters, and this becomes one of difficulties during teaching.In Mongolia, although there is Chinese characters course in part of primary and middle schools and universities, there aren't Chinese characters in many schools. For these schools, they usually put Chinese characters as an accessory of intensive course. And this issue also lead to difficulties during learning and teaching. Using correct teaching method and learning method to teach and learn Chinese characters has great influence and is very important combining traditional teaching experience and teaching research results of Chinese characters. So the writer conducted an investigation to Mongolia's students.There are four parts in this paper. The first part is introduction which discusses purpose and significance of the study, description about Chinese characters acquisition of the students of Non Chinese culture circle. The second part is an investigation about Chinese characters situation of Mongolia's students' and teaching methods of Mongolia's teachers. During this part, at first, the author says Chinese characters situation of Mongolia's students' and teaching methods of Mongolia's teachers, at last, the author introduce survey results. The third part is about problem analysis of Mongolia's students' and discussion teaching method of Chinese characters. The fourth part is the epilogue, which including conclusion and limitations of the study.
