A Study About The Connection Between Sheng Wu Duan And The Policies About Resettlement Of The Disabled Veterans During The Period Of The Anti-Japanese War

The Anti-Japanese War is a complete victory for the first time in Modern Chinese History.During the period of the Anti-Japanese war,The Chinese army and people across the country held together and they won the war finally.However,The Chinese army Suffered huge loss to win it.The member of the casualty was as high as three million.Such a huge casualties inevitably has drawn great attention of the National government,and the National government has always been committed to solve the problems of the disabled soldiers properly during the war and postwar.The article consists of four parts.The first part describes the views that all walks of life how to think about the resettlement of the disabled veterans,It includes the social problems caused by the disabled veterans and the methods to place the disabled veterans.The second part mainly talks about the thoughts of the resettlement of the disabled veterans that duan proposed,from the disabled veterans employment concept and education concept and practice concept three aspects to illustrate.The third part is the main part of the article,it mainly summarized the work that to arrange for the disabled veterans and employment movement.The part gives a detailed introduction about the Wounded soldiers guest house and disabled veterans professional facilitators organization,and than briefly describes the education and propaganda and political education work of the disabled veterans.The fourth part analysis and assess the work of resettlement of the disabled veterans,and through the analysis to realize that the work get a great effect.It ensures part of the disabled veterans lives and reduce the national burden.However,on the other hand,it also exposed some problems,such as the contradiction between the disabled veterans and the people in the rear,and corruption in the military hospitals was very serious.The problems of disabled soldiers resettlement work needs more time to do and it must be a difficult project.
