A Study About The Land Reclamation Problems Of The Disabled Veterans During The Period Of The Anti-Japanese War

During the Period of the Anti-Japanese War,how to comfort and compensate the Disabled Veterans attracted a wide spread attention,the authorities have taken more diverse measures,and has a more profound influence.Calling for the Disabled Veterans to fight behind the plow is one of the measures,the Disabled soldier reclamation has thus become the social focus.Absolutely,this field is also the favor of experts and scholars nowadays.A lot of academic research about the disabled soldier come forth continuously.For entitled groups of disabled soldier reclamation measures research,many researchers often one has brought,and didn't elaborate.Such as one of the familiar with the master in senior master's graduation whose thesis is the study of solving disabled soldier resettlement policy,and the difference between the author and the senior research is the research focus is different.This upperclassman summarized macroeconomic measures from military honor entitled groups in this paper,the author selected one of the ways that the national government about disabled soldier reclamation measures to discuss,analysis of the comprehensive effect about the disabled soldier reclamation policy in the Anti-Japanese War period.This paper based on CanBuFei monthly magazine and KenXun Newspaper as well as the national government gazette,which reflected the social problems at that time,drawing lessons from the research achievements of predecessors,relied on the order of reclamation regulations issued by the national government,intending to comb and analyze the whole Land reclamation problems about the Disabled Veterans systematically.This article will be discussed from four parts:The part one,CanBuFei monthly magazine and KenXun Newspaper is for historical data sources,overview of military honor's general living conditions,including disability situation and status of production and life in the Anti-Japanese War period.Through the statement of this part,we know that the disabled soldier during the war,whose living conditions is poor,needing the government and social concern to help.The part two,this part is based on the national government gazette and other newspapers at that time,combing the national government authorities in the Anti-Japanese War period issued a series of laws,regulations and policies for glory reclamation problems,from that we know the wartime national government attaches great importance to the disabled soldier resettlement work,and from the overall consideration of the war,called for disabled soldier to land reclamation in the border regions,in the result,not only solved the problem of disabled soldier's own life but also to a certain extent supported the wartime food supplies,has received the good effect of kill two birds with one stone.The part three,taking the northwest and southwest of China for example to expound about the land reclamation of the disabled soldier.Because the society appeared a large number of war refugees,and the national government solution to the survival of refugees to make its cultivation,this is consistent with the disabled soldier's reclamation measures,because disabled soldier is peace-loving people should not forget,that the victory of the Anti-Japanese War is brutal sacrifices with the success of the Chinese nation.Especially the plebeian inhabitants to China fiercely guards to kill of the enemy in the front,who offered the people themselves,shed their blood and spirit of death,which worth to be engraved on our mind and to be inherited.
