As Internet communication technologies is gradually maturing and new media technology is widely used, traditional way of information transmission which is static and plane has also been greatly impacted by a dynamic, multi-dimensional way of information transmission. On the one hand, diversified visual transmission way has an impact on people's habit of visual reception; on the other hand, people's changing visual concept also promotes the transformation of traditional visual transmission way. In this circumstance, logo design and visual identity system is also seeking more possibilities. The plane static and single way of display of logo and visual identity system is broken by a more vivid, three-dimensional, dynamic and diversified display and communication form.Visual identity system is the main form of the visual display of brand image and is also an important way for audience to know about the brand. The progressive development of Visual identity system is always accompanied by the concept of brand image, media, audience acceptance habits and other factors. Logo, as the most important visual element of visual identity system, whether static or dynamic, should be placed in the entire visual identity system for its creation and design. On the basis of the basic principles of visual identity system, brand image and concept, competitive environment, the media and re-design in applications should be given full consideration, in order to better and more vividly reflect the brand image and deliver the brand concept. At the same time, the emergence and extensive use of dynamic logo promotes the development of visual identity system. Firstly, through the study and analysis of the inevitability of the emergence and development of dynamic logo, this paper carries out relatively scientific research on different types of dynamic logo, so as to acquire a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the dynamic logo. Secondly, starting from the design principles of visual identity system, it analyzes how the dynamic logo, as an important part of visual identity system, is constrained and required in the design process. Finally, through the analysis of existing cases, it explores the impact of design and display form of dynamic logo on visual identity system..
