The research hopes to investigate the current situation of emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior of high school students,which mainly describes the general characteristics of emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior. And by exploring the influence of explicit and implicit on emotional intelligence of high school students to provide some help for intervention on the behavior of students attack.This study is divided into two parts. The first part is mainly study the current situation and the relationship between emotional intelligence and Explicit aggressive behavior of high school students. The main surrey method of this study is questionnaire and the main research tools is the EIS Emotional Intelligence Scale and Buss & Perry Aggression Questionnaire. 400 questionnaires were distributed, excluding invalid questionnaires,364 valid questionnaires are remained, the effective rate is 91%. The second part of the study is mainly study the implicit Aggressiveness and the relationship between Social Intelligence aggression and Implicit Aggressiveness of high school students. Methods for the Implicit Association Test, subjects of the survey results in the divided group of high school students and low emotional intelligence emotional intelligence group of high school students. Through experiments to explore the emotional intelligence among different groups of high school students Implicit Aggression whether there are significant differences.The results of this study are as follows:First, the total score and scores of high school students emotional intelligence dimension are above the middle level(M = 3), which indicates its good emotional intelligence development, to good sense and the regulation of their emotions, others can be better regulation emotional and rational use ofthe expression and emotion; emotional intelligence scores there was no significant difference in gender, students to respect the non-child emotional management of others scored significantly higher than the one-child.Second, the high school student scores on aggressive behavior out of all dimensions are lower than the middle level, the overall level of attack is low,which indicates that the vast majority of high school students offensive situation at normal levels, but there are three points one of the high school students with aggressive behavior above average.Third, showing high school students between the outer Emotional Intelligence and aggressive behavior of high school students was significantly negatively correlated with higher emotional intelligence, it showed a tendency to the lower aggressive behavior.Fourth, there is a high school student emotional intelligence dimensions and explicit aggression between the different levels of negative correlation dimension, emotional perception, emotional self-management, emotional use to explain the occurrence of explicit aggressive behavior.Fifth, the presence of groups of high school students offensive implicit cognitive system, and this tendency implicit attack from gender factors.Sixth, high school students between emotional intelligence and the Implicit Aggression significant negative correlation, on the emotional dimension of perception there is a significant negative correlation between implicit and aggression.
