Aggressive behavior is common in everyday life as a social phenomenon, whichis that psychologists concerned about the important areas. In recent years, with studyand work pressure increasing, college students often violent attacks, causing strongsocial repercussions. The purpose of this study is to provide help to the research ofaggressive behavior and aggressive behavior intervention.As a purpose to harm other people, aggressive behavior has various forms, andalso relates to many factors. Social intelligence as the people shown the ability ofsocial adaptation and the development process, whether it is the performance of socialinformation processing or social behavior plays an important influence. As a socialbehavior, aggressive behavior, must be a relationship between social intelligence. Inthis study, we explored the relationship between students’ social intelligence andaggression, to reveal the law between the two.There are two parts in this research. The first part of the study is the relationshipbetween college students ’ social intelligence and explicit attacks. We selected483university students and used the questionnaire method with college students’ socialintelligence and aggression questionnaire. The second part of the study is therelationship between college students ’ social intelligence and implicit Aggression.Experimental subject was divided by the survey results of high social intelligencegroup of college students and low social intelligence group of college students. Byusing IAT, we investigated whether there are different implicit aggression betweenhigh and low social intelligence group of college students.Results of this study are as follows:(1) Over2/3of college students in this study showed aggressive behaviors overmedium level. Gender, student leaders, the one-child and other background factors ofcollege students had varying degrees of impact.on the external aggressive behavior.(2) There was significant negative correlation between college students’ socialintelligence and aggression. The higher the social intelligence was, the lower itstendency to aggressive behavior occurs in resolving the conflicts was. Social intelligence of college students can predict aggressive behavior.(3) There are varying degrees of negative correlation between each factor of theStudents’ Social intelligence and Aggression Questionnaire. Social maturity andSocial cognitive can predict aggressive behavior.(4) There was implicit aggressive cognitive system in college students, and thisimplicit aggressive tendencies were not affected by gender factors.(5) There was no significant correlation exists between social intelligence and theimplicit aggression of college students, but the social cognitive factors and theimplicit aggression had a significant negative correlation. there was no significantdifference between the different social intelligence group of college students and theirimplicit aggression.
