A Study On Tianjin's Cultural Industries Based On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization

In recent years, with the rapid growth of economy, China has become the second largest economy in the world. However, environmental problems caused by extensive development pattern have been worse and worse. These problems have exerted people's normal life seriously. It is the high time to change the economic development pattern and to build ecological civilization. Therefore, the 18 th Party Congress claimed that we should promote the strategic restructuring of the economy as well as the construction of ecological civilization, and ?put the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position and put it in the whole process of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction.? The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Party Congress indicated that it was imperative to build systematic rules and regulations of ecological civilization. Cultural industries are in favor of promoting the structural reform of economic system and the construction of ecological civilization as they are low-carbon and environmentalfriendly. Thus, to study the cultural industries from the perspective of ecological civilization and to promote their green nature are becoming an important topic for academic research.This paper sums up the cultural industries' contributions to the development of economy as well as environment, illuminates the relations between cultural industries and ecological civilization, and analyzes the concept of cultural industries based on the related literature. The economic level and the cultural industries data of Tianjin are given in the paper. Location quotient and ecology location quotient are employed to measure green cultural industries in Tianjin in order to analyze the connections between cultural industries and ecological civilization. Furthermore, combined with the basis and conditions of green cultural industries in Tianjin, this paper finds out the constraints of developing green cultural industries. In the last, the countermeasures are proposed to promote Tianjin's green cultural industries.
