In recent years, the world raised a hot wave of learning Chinese.Mongolia, one of China's neighbours, the number of people who learn Chinese increases year by year. Due to the differences of the structure of language, listening is the a big problem of Mongolia students who study at the primary stage.Through the acquisition of Mongolian students' s listening class from three universities in Inner Mongolia,we found that there are problems such as depressing atmosphere in classrooms?the students are easily distracted, the classroom management is not perfect ? the lack of strict discipline, some students resistance to listening course, the teaching effect has much room to improve.After the analysis of Mongolian students' questionnaire, we found that analyse the influence of the Mongolian students' listening from the input?participants and topics. From the aspects of input, we have pronunciation,speed, words, grammar, context and corpus length that can affect the listening effect; The emotional factors, the foreign language learning experience, age and personality, family factors are also the important elements; The choice,judgment, attachment and supplementary fills up the topic, short answer,graphics and other different types of topics can interferent the process of Mongolian students' listening acquisition.Adopt flexible and varied teaching methods can achieve the optimization of teaching process, and effectively improve the teaching efficiency. Teachers in the training process using a comprehensive training methods, can enhance the interest of hearing, stimulate students. Concerned about the students' learning state and information feedback is the starting point of improving teaching. Reasonable integrate the teaching contents, improve the management mode of classroom teaching, construct the teacher-student interaction platform, raise the good study habits is the necessary way to improve the Listening Teaching for Mongolia students who study at theprimary stage.
