Since 1980 s, researchers have been focusing on future orientation. Future orientation means individual biases thought and behavior to future, and is a procedure of thinking and planning of future. Future orientation of teenagers can develop and expand in period of middle school, meanwhile, our country is promoting education for all-round development. Students not only have improvement on studying, but also have all-round development, so it is important for students to make a planning which basing on their conditions to promote their all-round development. Students take active measures to realize their own goals, they bear long time pressure at the same time, so they would procedure learning burnout and feel less well-being. Future orientation plays a significant role on the learning and future life, so educators should understand what students thought fully.After analyzing the conceptions, theories and other researches of future orientation, learning burnout and well-being, this research adopted method of random sampling to do questionnaire survey and empirical research. Three questionnaires were used in the study, one was future orientation of teenager, one was learning burnout of middle school students, another was general well-being schedule. There were 482 middle school students who were from Zhengzhou and Kaifeng taking part in this study. Research 1 was designed to survey the current situation of future orientation, learning burnout and well-being of middle school students. And we would find if three variables had significant differences when they were analyzed from the perspective of gender, grade and hometown. The purpose of Research 2 is survey the relationship of future orientation, learning burnout and well-being.We got the results as below:1.The points of future orientation and well-being of middle school students was higher than median of total points respectively, so students had the higher level of future orientation and well-being.The points of learning burnout was less than median of total points, so students study situation was good.2.The analysis showed future orientation significant differences when it was analyzed from the perspective of gender, the points of girls were higher than boys specifically. Subjective well-being significant differences when it was analyzed from the perspective of gender and hometown. From the perspective of gender, the points of girls were higher. From the perspective of hometown, the points of students who were from city were higher.3.Significantly positive correlation was found between future orientation and well-being, future orientation could forecast well-being positively, the higher level of future orientation, the higher level of well-being. Significantly negative correlation was found between future orientation and learning burnout, future orientation could forecast learning burnout negatively, the higher level of future orientation, the lower level of learning burnout. Significantly negative correlation was found between learning burnout and well-being, learning burnout could forecast well-being negatively, the higher level of learning burnout, the lower level of well-being.4.Learning burnout had a full mediation effect between future orientation and subjective.
