Approaching Ethical Concern Ethical Study On Children Of Migrant Workers In China

In recent years,with the increasing pace of urbanization in our country,more and more migrant workers have moved their whole families to the city.Migrant workers working in the city are often engaged in dirty and tiring jobs in the bottom of the society.When these migrant workers are making contributions to the development of the cities,their children's growing situation and growing environment have gradually attracted people's attention.Under the impact of the new urban living environment,the growing ethical care problems of their children have come into sight: What are the physical and mental statuses of thechildren of migrant workers after moving to cities? How much care and help can their families and parents bring to their growth? What are the ethical cares that they have received from the society? What are the most conducive and practical ways to the growth of migrant workers' children? This paper will try to deal with these questions.This paper,which considers the children of migrant workers as its research object and their growing and caring situation as the research content,will discuss and analyze the ethical care in their growing process.The first part is an introduction,which introduces the research background and domestic and foreign research status.It focuses on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the children of migrant workers,andexpounds the significance of this topic and the general research ideas.And then the analysis of the concept and related theory of caring ethics for the children of migrant workers in China are discussed.After introducing the concept of the key words in this paper,this paper also analyzes the traditional ethics of care in China and the west,as well as the theoretical basis of caring ethics.Next,this paper goes on to analyze the necessity of ethical care to the children of migrant workers.To be specific,it first describes the reduction of natural care to the children of migrant workers in family under the background of the current industrialization and urbanization,and then it tries to list the maladjustments of the children of migrant workers when they are facing the new urban environment.In the end,this part analyzesthe significance of ethical care to the children of migrant workers when promoting harmonious society.In the following chapter,this paper explains the value principles that we should follow when carrying out ethical care for children of migrant workers.Above all,the paper offers practical suggestions to children of migrant workers from the aspects of society,family,school and children of migrant workers themselves.
