Modern philosopher Martin heidegger once said: "we are entering the world picture era,for most people to the world has become a series of picture." Human verbal era,written from the era,broadcast era into the picture of the era,the information age,the 21 st century today,people are more focused on image and relationship of our lives,it is also a photo out of in the form of a noun style to its qualified to become the key of "art".The "conceptual photography" also comply with this age.Conceptual photography's main goal is through photography means to express some ideas to present a kind of consciousness,it is a kind of concept art on the media evolution and extension.Conceptual photography has a strong contemporary at the same time,in the moment of art and design in the booming today,it is known for its strong visual appeal won a seat in plane design field,many designers put the concept of photography as a means of their own design,poster design,brand promotion activities,print AD design,and so on are extensive use of conceptual photography,the concept of photography "blossom".The emergence of such a phenomenon,must have a lot to carding and research.Conceptual photography is the creator and concept,as the art of social ideology,as with other forms of social ideology,are based on a certain social and economic basis of superstructure,its emergence and development,in the final analysis is determined by the economic base.So,as time progresses,the contemporary social people ideological concept and consumer behavior changes made in the traditional sense some print advertising and brand promotion activities will not meet people's needs.Especially used in print ads,in the original advertisement planning stage,its basic task is in fierce competition in the market for the product caused the attention of consumers,induce consumers to buy.Conceptual photography has a very good role in advertising,not only in the brand promotion and other aspects as well as a visual identification system,such as New York ADC eighth book-sized visual system,Ken-tsai Lee,designed a set ofvisual system composed of 50 monsters.In the recognition system,the posters and auxiliary graphic design,are a large number of commonly used in conceptual photography "collage" this way,it can through the darkroom processing,also can use scissors to cut,or use PS post-production,book-sized vision system that works,it adopted the method,through the different elements,and then combined in a single frame,make the picture funny.In this paper,by combining theory of advertising planning,consumer psychology,brand planning and so on,the conceptual photography used in graphic design works of visual representation,creative thinking,technique of expression,such as analysis,furthermore,analyzed the applicability of the concepts in the graphic design photography research,conceptual photography is suitable for any type of design,conceptual photography can well express the intention of the designer wants to convey,and make whether conceptual photography has disadvantages of analysis.
