Henan colleges and universities already opened since 2004, sports dance, Latin dance teaching activities expand, after ten years of development, formed a certain scale sports dance teaching, improve the quality of personnel training of Latin dance. But there are certain problems restrict the development of university sports departments in Henan Latin Dance Teaching. However, the current study for the University sports teaching Latin Dance Department of Henan Province, and that the university could neither understand the system of teaching in sports dance, can not accurately grasp its problems. Based on this, the research literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the "Latin Dance Department of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities in Henan Province and countermeasure research" study briefly discusses the concept of Sport Dance and Latin Dance and Henan Situation basic teaching faculties Latin province on college sports, from several aspects of the status quo of teachers, students, curriculum, ways to protect other systems in Henan Province university sports teaching Latin dance Department, after careful study, the following conclusions:After the study, University sports department come Henan Latin Dance teaching the following characteristics:(1) Henan College of Physical Education in professional dance Latin dance teachers in the age structure, knowledge structure, sex structure is more reasonable, but faced with the teachers lack of strength, low professional level, post-training teacher shortage problem;(2) College of Physical Education in Henan Province for dance students learning Latin dance Valuation higher, but relatively low capacity innovations, Latin dance participated in extracurricular activities insufficient to effectively improve the actual Latin American dance and innovations ability;(3) Henan College Physical Education Department Latin dance course in the development process gradually formed a part of the school teaching students, performances, compose, competency-based management comprehensive Latin dance teaching objectives, the design part of the school teaching objectives is not complete;(4) The current College of Physical Education in Henan professional dance Latin dance courses are basically opened a 2-3 kinds and even four kinds of styles of dance teaching content to substantially step or routine combination of teaching, not only stick to the basic Western tradition routine style and content, and the presence of excessive copying and imitation phenomenon, teaching content development and lack of innovation, cultural interpretation is not thorough;(5) Department of Physical Education in Henan Higher professional Latin dance demonstration teaching methods, language and explain the law, combination training method based, both audio and video to watch a variety of teaching methods, inspired teaching, practice teaching method acting;(6) Henan College Physical Education Department will be on sports dance Latin dance course program evaluated, and each course teachers to design a dance-based curriculum assessment methods, but the teaching evaluation system design is not scientific, the evaluation process is not precise enough;(7) Department of Physical Education in colleges and universities in Henan Province have been basically construct a number of venues facilities, but there is lack of classrooms, multi-disciplinary public classroom problems, unable to meet the needs of teaching.Henan University Sports Department for the problem of Latin dance teaching process faced, this study proposes the following optimization strategies:(1) for the current Henan College Physical Education Department Latin Dance problems article suggests schools to strengthen innovation and development of dance curriculum to strengthen interpretation of culture and promote cultural integration, our country will have the characteristics of folk music and costumes to use Latin dance teaching, training and performance among Latin dance teaching can make flexible, standardized, orderly, and efficient process.(2) recruit school Latin teacher education standards should be supplemented by focus on assessing their personal Latin dance professional level, whereby the society of many Latin dance experience, high professional level of personnel to enter college, and then should be combined with various teachers the actual situation and the actual needs, to provide targeted training activities.(3) all schools should guide students to participate in social activities to one of Latin dance teacher annual assessment content, and according to the level of achievement of students in the case of social Latin dance performances and competitions, and given the necessary funding and incentives, Latin dance teachers also give vital interests or spiritual reward.(4) each school should be a split current semester teaching program into a continuous, bridging teaching program appropriate to reduce the various styles of Latin dance each semester hours, but must follow from simple to difficult, step by step principles its teaching activities throughout the University for three years or even four years between each term for various styles of Latin dance centralized teaching basic skills, the teaching of acting, teaching innovations, the referee teaching ability, and strengthen supervision and management of teaching clear teaching objectives, to provide various forms of teaching methods.(5)each school should be based on the one hand, under the current situation of Latin dance training and teaching students to class, multi-faceted financing, strengthen the construction of standard dance venues, dance venues to strengthen maintenance and management.(6) Each school should strengthen the supervision and management of teaching, and the implementation of a clear teaching objectives, teaching activities to promote efficient, orderly conduct.
