The outline of the National medium-and long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010 / 2020)clearly points out: "it is necessary to deepen the reform of education and teaching,innovate teaching methods,advocate heuristic,inquiry,discussion,participatory teaching,and help students learn to learn." Physical education curriculum,as an important part of education,should also innovate teaching methods.In the Latin dance class in colleges and universities at present,because of the influence of the traditional teaching thought and the teachers' teaching habit,most of the teachers in the classroom mainly focus on the infused teaching,in such a situation,Restricted the teaching of Latin dance class and reduced the Latin dance course.The quality of teaching.Therefore,how to improve the quality of Latin dance classroom teaching is an urgent and urgent task.In this paper,the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,classical experimental design,mathematical and mathematical statistics are used.The comparative analysis method is used to carry on the teaching experiment to the students of the non-physical education Latin dance elective class in Hunan University of Humanities and Science and Technology using the systematic study model.The results show that:(1)the system teaching design model has a positive effect on the development of forward flexion and sit-up movement of college students,and the flexibility and waist-abdomen strength of the two groups have been improved after the experiment.However,the improvement of the experimental group under the system instructional design mode is more remarkable.(2)the systematic instructional design mode has a better understanding of the theoretical basis of Latin dance for college students.The development of knowledge had a positive effect.After the experiment,both groups of subjects improved the basic knowledge of Latin theory.(3)both the systematic instructional design mode and the traditional teaching mode can effectively improve the technical skill level of Latin dance,compared with the traditional teaching,the experimental group can improve the technical skills of Latin dance more significantly.(3)the systematic instructional design mode and the traditional teaching mode can effectively improve the technical skills of Latin dance.The effect of systematic instructional design mode is more remarkable.(4)the systematic instructional design mode has a positive effect on the development of college students' interest in learning.After the experiment,both groups of subjectshave improved their interest in learning.However,the experimental group improved more significantly under the system teaching design mode.Recommendation:(1)in practice In the process of systematic teaching,the concrete operation of the system teaching design mode should take into account the physical and psychological characteristics of the students,the law of students' physical and mental development,the basis of learning,and so on.(2)because the teaching hours of the experiment are still relatively short,And it takes a long time to accumulate knowledge and change learning habits.Therefore,the influence of systematic teaching mode on Latin dance teaching needs to be further studied and explored.(3)the systematic teaching mode breaks through many disadvantages in traditional physical education skill teaching.It plays a positive role in improving the teaching quality of Latin dance elective course for college students,but the systematic teaching mode is not omnipotent and should be combined with other teaching methods.Research Deficiency: because this research object is limited to non-physical education department Latin dance elective teaching.It is suggested that the teaching experiment should be carried out on other courses in physical education institute,and the feasibility and effectiveness of applying the systematic teaching mode to Latin dance classroom teaching should be further discussed.
