Research On BiYuan’s Shanhaijing New Corrections

BiYuan is not only a governor who is prominent in official position,but also a intellectual who is keen on academic.As far as i know,he has outstanding contributions in printting ancient books,arranging documental and other aspects.His achievements related to Confucian classics, historiography, Geography,epigraphy and literary, etc. Bi Yuan complicates and inscriptes "Shan Hai Jing New Correction",it is a masterpiece in collating and annotating "Shan Han Jing" in the Qing Dynasty,which poeesees a high sense of inhereting the past and ushering in the future,and occupies an important position in the history of researching on "Shan Hai Jing".This paper will conduct in-depth analysis and research on "Shan Hai Jing new correction" by combing the Bi Yuan environment for personal growth and the times of their background.This paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter one is “Bi Yuan’s life experence and friendship”, Firstly,probing some puzzies in his life,such as his family,Bi’s whole life.Seconedly,discussing BiYuan’s friendship,analysis the effect of his social activities of his thought;Finally,BiYuan devotes his lif to the academicand,and has a large amount of works.In this part,his writings and his academic achievement will be conducted and summarized.Chapter two is the background and the version of "Shan Hai Jing New Corrected",analysising the background about composing "Shan Hai Jing New Corrected",and sorting out the diffrente versions of "Shan Hai Jing New Corrected".Chapter three is the content and characters, in annotating "Shan Hai Jing New Corrected".Mainly from two aspects,firstly analyzing its annotations content from researching mountains and rivers,regulating text words,commenting things,narrating fairy tales;seconedly discussing the annotation characters further from the literature material researching and ancient language philology researching, field survey and literature combining.Chapter four is the value and impact of the "Shan Hai Jing New Corrected",BiYuan proved the article rigorously and realistically,this style of annotation had far-reaching impact on the contemporary generation as well as future generation,meanwhile,it influenced the research and developmen of "Shan Hai Jing" during Qing Dynasty deeply.
