On Distinctive Meta-language Of Binomial Adjective In Modern Chinese Synonym Dictionary

The meta-language theory is used to lexicographical theory that Chinese language scholars combine foreign meta-language theory and Chinese.Zhu Jingsong's Modern Chinese Synonym Dictionary(Language and Literature Press 2009)is new book that it is special synonym differentiation of learning dictionary in synonym lexicography history.It is proved to be new attempt that meta-language theory is applied for study on synonym dictionary.It is found that distinctive meta-Language has its own feature and peculiar expression with analysis on distinctive meta-Language of binomial adjective in Modern Chinese Synonym Dictionary.The paper consists of five chapters:the first chapter for introduction,provides the entries and the research status of meta-language.The second chapter for differentiation of binomial adjective in Modern Chinese Synonym Dictionary,makes a quantitative analysis on content of the differentiation from angle of conceptual meaning?accessorial meaning and grammatical meaning.The third for explanatory type of the annotation of binomial adjective,based on Fu Huaiqing's the theory of meta-language and paraphrase annotation,studies adjective interpretation sign.The forth chapter for distinctive original word of binomial adjective in Modern Chinese Synonym Dictionary,defines the range and abstracted basis of distinctive word by Su Xinchun's the meta-language theory.The fifth chapter for conclusion and thoughts,summarizes distinctive part?distinctive meta-language annotation and the feature of distinctive original word and makes the theory of meta-language thoughts.The paper studies the annotation and core words of binomial adjective in Modern Chinese Synonym Dictionary by generalization synthesis?quantitative analysis?quantity statistics.The thesis can enrich lexicography meta-language theory and fundamental theory of meta-language in studying distinctive meta-language of binomial adjective in dictionary.
