American road movie as one of the Hollywood film genres, from early “It happened one night”to 2015 “The End of Tour ”, landscape of road movie to the audience has great attraction, modern man drive cars on highways in the journey constantly to find themselves.The American road movie narrative as the research objection, analyzethe rewrite of film scenario from angle of Character seting,Space setting and Theme Construction, put forward four aspects for building believable characters and the narrative space is divided into geographic space and psychological space, space subdivision of urban space and natural space, which more point to social civilization, and psychological space implies hero complex dreams and desires. Protagonist in the pursuit of dreams and freedom on the road, often have different combinations of members, lover, family members, friends and mentors provide necessary assistance. During the journey, the different props and plot to assist the protagonist complete their heroic journey. On the road, the enemy set for the four aspects of nature, the police, the family, the truth, the protagonist encounters the enemy more powerful; in the road movie in common men and women is divided into: lost heroes and independent women, focuses on the analysis of female characters in the narrative of the American Road movies to show the unique temperament. The three main themes of the "highway" in the American road movies: the alienation of the civilized society; a poetic Utopian imagination; a complex memory and desire. Reference three episodic and plays rhythm table, the script structure is decomposed into clearer, through the analysis to "Bonnie and Clyde", “Easy Rider”, “up”of classic American road movies as analysis text, in order to find a more creative space in the intertextual relationship between " Broad road movie " and other types of film.
