The translator is the subjectivity of translation and an important participant in the construction of translation theories. Translators have been playing a vital role during the process of translation, but for many years we have overlooked the significant role of the translator. Until Cultural Turn arising, therefore the translator's subjectivity has been attached importance in translation theories.The book of Beyond Measure reveals how organizations can build ideal workplace cultures and create seismic shifts by making deceptively small changes. Under the guidance of translator's subjectivity, the thesis aims to make the target text more readable for the target readers. In order to achieve this purpose, proper translation strategies and methods are chosen correspondingly in translation part of the book Beyond Measure. The translator's subjective consciousness is an important factor which influences the translator's choice of its translation strategies and her subjectivity is fully reflected on her choice.This thesis covers four chapters. The first chapter is giving a general idea about the translation task. The second chapter discusses the translator's subjectivity. The third chapter also the main part discusses how the translator's subjectivity will affect the translation methods, understanding of the ST and writing style. The last chapter is the conclusion, identifying that translator's subjectivity affects the quality of the translation.
