Study On Foreign Students' Acquisition Of Chinese Expression Of Comitative Actions

This study focuses on the Chinese expression of comitative actions,including “yibian A yibian B”, “yimian A yimianB”, “you A you B”, “lian A dai B”. The thesis analyzes their grammatical structure, semantic and pragmatic functions. Moreover, the study tries to sequence the acquisition order of these expressions. We also analyze the learners' errors and explore the causes of these errors. Then we provide some relevant suggestions for teaching and textbook compilation.Firstly, this thesis introduces the significance of the study, theoretical basis and the frame of the whole article. Secondly, it reviews the literatures from two aspects of ontology and acquisition, and then proposes the main idea of this study. Thirdly, the thesis gives an integrated overview of grammatical structure, semantic and pragmatic functions about the expression of comitative actions. Fourthly, based on the data statistics and analysis of 1402 valid sentences from foreigners' Chinese acquisition dynamic composition corpus, HSK dynamic composition corpus and foreign students' written Chinese corpus of Jinan University, we obtain the acquisition order of the four expressions as follows: yibian A yibian B >you A you B > lian A dai B(“yimian A yimianB” is uncertin). Besides, we also verify the result with the test feedback. Finally, the thesis analyzes the errors and explores the causes of these errors. According to these, we putforward some suggestions on teaching and textbook compilation.
