Translating this Rule into Chinese can not only contribute to our company's international business, but also provide guidance to subsequent translators. The source text is a legal text. The report is divided into four parts: The first part describes the translator's preparation before the translation. The second part analyzes the contents and the features of the Rule. The third part is about the problems met and tactics summarized to solve these problems.
