Quantifiers as a visual concrete can reflect the characteristics of Chinese parts of speech, with high use frequency, usage, complex and numerous, rich meaning, etc. We know that there is no fixed between verbs, nouns and quantifier collocation and combination, need according to the different grammar rules and specific semantic relationship between the corresponding collocation and use. At the same time, the use of the quantifier is limited to the customs and the context, as a result, quantifier to master and apply became students learning Chinese a bottleneck and problems. So, quantifier acquisition errors analysis and study for international students is significant. And most of the quantifier teaching Chinese as a foreign language study is carried out for Europe and the United States, Japan and South Korea students, and the teaching research of central Asian students quantifiers acquisition basically in a blank state. We know Russian, central Asian students speak in the language is based on the study in central Asia quantifier acquisition errors analysis and research, not only can bias characteristics of central Asian students quantifiers acquisition, can also to central Asian students understand bias characteristic of quantifier acquisition.
