Research On How To Achieve Ecological Civilization And Human-Beings Integrated Development Simultaneously

The industrial revolution brought the rapid development of productive forces, the abundant means of production and higher living standards. However, human beings also face the serious ecological crisis at the same time. People have realized that the ecological deterioration is hindering the development of themselves and historical civilization. Under the leadership of the party, people of all ethnic groups of China combine Marx's ecological thought and the actual national condition to find a new way to develop man and nature harmoniously. In the fourth meeting of the National People's Congress which has just wrapped up, Premier Li Keqiang pointed out that the most important target during the period of 13 th Five Year Plan is to push creation of green production, improve ecological environment, and combine economic development and protection of the environment to realize the construction of ecological civilization. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss how to achieve the construction of ecological civilization as well as the development of human beings.Marx and Engels' ecological thought and all-round development of human beings theory which is the basic guiding idea to promote the construction of ecological civilization and the development of the Contemporary Chinese. Marx's ecological thought and all-round development of human beings theory have internal logical consistency. Both of them based on practice, and in order to realize all-round development of human beings. The two thinking have dialectical relation that could promote each other and realized eventually. At present, China ecological civilization construction and all-round development of human beings are facing many problems. According to these problems, there are four dimensions should be considered. First, pay attention to green production in terms of economy. People cannot develop economy as the expense of environment. Second, from a political point of view, it is necessary to set up a system to value the environmental pollution and perfect the supervision system. Third, in terms of culture, enhance the cultivation of the ecological civilization consciousness and broaden the channel to publicize to let more and more people to participate in the ecological civilization construction. Finally, the development of society should obey natural law and use natural resource reasonably, in order to make infinite possibility for the national rejuvenation.
