The thesis is going to do some research on figure painting of oil,which is one subclass of Pan Yuliang's art works.First of all,according to the theme Pan Yuliang's oil painting character can be classified like this: Self-portrait,Portraits,Pictures of naked women,Many personage painting.Then,it will be analyzed by the compositions,colors,lines,brushstrokes and shapes of painting.Finally,the research goes to explain the innovation and the source of artistic characteristics,so as to clarify the formation and value of linguistic features for Pan Yuliang's Figure painting of oil.
