In recent years, with the continuous progress of urbanization in China, and with the growth of the first generation of migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers has become the main force of migrant workers. As for Guangxi--a minority area, the new generation of minority migrant workers cannot be ignored,in addition to the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers, they also have the heterogeneity of minority migrant workers.Based on the field survey data of 1156 new generation peasant workers in Guangxi, this paper utilizes Logit Model to do a lot of quantitative research, and combines with some typical case analysis, concerns about the group's spiritual and cultural life status, its influencing factors and the existing problems, and makes an empirical analysis on the integration of the peasant workers into the cities of the new generation of ethnic minorities in Guangxi. The research shows,“ethnic”,“education level” and “working industry” have a significant impact on the spiritual and cultural life of the migrant workers of Guangxi ethnic minorities. This paper finds out the problems in the spiritual and cultural life of the peasant workers of the minority ethnic groups in Guangxi from the perspective of cultural diversity, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integration of the peasant workers in the new generation of Guangxi. On the basis of the existing experience,it is believed that the social organizations and the government should actively guide the new generation of minority migrant workers in urban areas, help them integrate into the city better.Such as arranging their labor time and income rationally, increasing public cultural facilities and resources and improve their cultural consciousness and self-confidence.
