In recent years,with the improvement of China's comprehensive national power and influence,a hot wave of learning Chinese around the world has been raised.Calligraphy as one of the most representative Chinese culture symbol,is of great importance to cultural value,at the same time,the calligraphy has close ties with Chinese characters,calligraphy teaching and teaching Chinese characters are closely linked,so the calligraphy teaching in the practice of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is teaching content that cannot be ignored.Mongolia,as China's important neighbors,rapid progress in Chinese teaching,and due to the geopolitical relations,each year a large number of Mongolian students came to the Inner Mongolia autonomous region to learn communication,but in view of the Mongolian students calligraphy teaching and research is very scarce,therefore to Mongolian students as the research object has its necessity.This topic obtains the first-hand information about Mongolian students' calligraphy learning through the questionnaires,interviews,observations and other ways.Based on teaching practice,some targeted solutions are proposed in order to solve the problems existing in the current calligraphy teaching,such as professional calligraphy courses,extracurricular organizations or groups.They are aimed to enrich the teaching content of calligraphy.The teaching content would be adjusted according to the needs of the students.Combined with the teaching content in calligraphy classes,the knowledge of Chinese characters would be reviewed timely.A variety of activities about calligraphy will be held and the teaching approach would be innovated.Students' perception and aesthetic ability of Chinese characters would be improved through flexible teaching methods,which can enhance the teaching outcome of Chinese calligraphy and improve the students' Chinese language proficiency.
