The Course Analysis And Comparison Between Cambodia Confucius Institute And Dhy Chinese Center

Southeast Asian countries are a meeting place for Chinese people and have always been the most important part of international Chinese education promotion.Cambodia,as one of them,has also made great contribution.But research related to Chinese teaching in Cambodia is relatively scarce,while fewer are about Confucius Institute and DHY Chinese Center are found in the Chinese teaching in universities in China.Although the history of Confucius Institute in Cambodia and DHY Chinese Center is not as long as China,pushing forward the Chinese teaching career in Cambodia,especially the advanced level of Chinese teaching,their role in the current Chinese teaching in Cambodia should not be ignored.The thesis first gave a short introduction to the history and characteristics of the Chinese teaching in Cambodia,analyzes the current situation of Chinese teaching in Cambodia from four points of view briefly in addition to pointing out the influence of traditional Chinese teaching in China on that of Cambodia.The thesis specifically compared DHY Phenom Royal University and the Asian European College of Confucius University.Through the result of the questionnaire,analysis and comparison are carried out on the two different Chinese institutions from four aspects:Students place of origin,qualification of the teachers and type of course between Confucius Institute and Chinese Center of DHY.Finally the author elaborates on their respective advantages and the problems in teaching before proposing corresponding suggestions.
