The people's material life has become very rich for the development of economy in our country.People need more and more spiritual products in this kind of situation and the development of cultural creative enterprises meet the demand.So the appearance of cultural creative enterprises is to comply with the requirements of the times.Cultural creative industry is a sunrise industry in twenty-first Century,which has the characteristics of low energy consumption but high added value that bring great benefits to the society.Meantime,our country is in an economic transition period,the development of cultural and creative enterprises not only provides the necessary spiritual and cultural products for people with rich material conditions,but also extremely conductive to the transformation and development of economic structure.So it is significant to study on the core competence of cultural creative enterprises for keeping sustainable development in market.Under the current situation,it is a worthy research topic to study the core competitiveness of cultural creative enterprises in order to realize social value.Based on the current situation,the dissertation tries to explore the core competitiveness of cultural creative enterprises,and hope to provide something useful for the development of cultural creative enterprises.The core competitiveness of cultural and creative enterprises is presented by the enterprise value chain activities.Based on the analysis of cultural and creative enterprise value activities,cultural value chain and industrial value chain model are constructed,and the core competitiveness of cultural and creative enterprises is analyzed from enterprise and industry aspects.Based on the enterprise value activities,this paper selects 19 indicators,and constructs the core competitiveness index system of cultural and creative enterprises.On the basis of this system,the use of AHP and other methods,the author take Enlight Media as an example of an empirical analysis.The analysis indicates that Enlight Media should cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises from the aspects of creative marketing ability and so on.The first part of this dissertation will focus on the study background and significance,study situation at home and abroad,the study route,and research innovations and shortcomings.The second part will focus on the related theory and puts up with the enterprises value chain and industry chain model based on the value chain theory and the significance of the combination between the core competence and the value chain theory.The third part will build the core competitiveness index system of the cultural creative enterprises according to the second chapter value chain model,and also introduce the evaluation methods and the steps to be used in the analysis of the examples.The fourth part will take the Enlight Media enterprise as an example to carry on the empirical analysis.The fifth part will puts up with the corresponding strategies for the cultivation of the core competence of the cultural creative enterprises.
