As the capital,Beijing has a solid foundation and excellent conditions for the developing cultural and creative enterprises.However,with the rapid development of cultural and creative enterprises,due to the constraints of system,industry policy,capital,talents and intellectual property rights,the problems of enterprises have become increasingly prominent.In order to further promote the healthy development of cultural and creative enterprises in Beijing and solve the problems.The research is based on the analysis and comparison of the characteristics of domestic and foreign creative enterprises,uses a systematic method to set up a overall framework of Beijing cultural and creative enterprises' development index,and constructs the specific index of Beijing cultural and creative enterprises' development index from the perspectives of benefit composition,team structure,system construction,innovation mechanism and diversified development,and further revises and optimizes the index system through case study of Beijing cultural and creative enterprises' development index.Finally,forms a relatively perfect Beijing cultural and creative enterprises' development index.Through the research of development index,the suggestions are given as follows:At first,to provide a more stable cultural environment and scientific and technological support for the development of cultural and creative enterprises.Secondly,to encourage higher talents to join small and medium-sized cultural and creative enterprises.Thirdly,increase financing channels and encourage R&D innovation.Increase media exposure and enhance cultural and creative influence;In addition,balance the industrial scale and reduce the operating gap between enterprise and so on.
