The Evaluation Of The Dynamic Factors Of Large Sites' Cultural Industrial Agglomeration In Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone

With the accelerated process of urbanization, the developing economic and the growing cultural needs not only provides the opportunity to the use of the great site protection, but also bring a great challenge. On the one hand, urbanization provides the great site economic base. At the same time, the contradiction between economic construction and conservation of great ruins may also will intensify and bring many threats and damage to the environment of the great site. On the other hand, the great site remains and profound cultural accumulation also have a brilliant future with the rapid urbanization process. And great ruins cultural industrial spatial agglomeration can alleviate the contradiction between the great site protection and regional development. Then we summarize the specific indicators.We analysis this paper from the aspects of theoretical research and empirical research. In the aspect of theory research, we summarize related research results and explain the theory of diamond system and system motivation theory. According to these theories, the motivations of great ruins cultural industrial spatial agglomeration can be divided into the internal factors and external factors. And we analysis the mechanism of the internal and external motives. In the empirical research, we use the nearest distance and kernel density method to analyze the distribution of heritage cultural enterprises and institutions. Secondly, we select dynamic factors and establish evaluation index system by combining the theoretical research and the present situation, and evaluation index system includes 18 specific indicators which can be divided into internal motivation and external motivation.. Thirdly, we use AHP-FCE model to evaluate the motivations of great ruins cultural industrial spatial agglomeration. Then, through the evaluation, we got the following results. ?Evaluation result shows that external dynamic factors are more important than internal dynamic factors and the government factor is the most important factor. ?In Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone, the cultural industry spatial agglomeration motivations of great ruins are at a relatively low level in general and their spatial distribution is highly uneven. ?In terms of the type of large sites, ancient sites is better than that of ancient tombs. And it will benefit for the great ruins to develop cultural industry which situation is close to developed cities and towns. Certainly, it is not necessarily true that the great ruin which has older age will have a better future.?The cultural industrial agglomeration of the big ruins develop well does not necessarily have a high level of motivation. Finally, we puts forward the optimization suggestions from two aspects:internal dynamic factors and external dynamic factors.The paper is studied on the dynamic factors of great ruins cultural industrial agglomeration in Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone. By analyzing and evaluating dynamic factors, we understand the developmental status and problems of dynamics. Then we puts forward suggestions on the optimization of internal motivation and external motivation. According to this, the paper can provide theoretical basis and reference to alleviate the contradiction between the urban development and big ruins protection and offer the road for the sustainable development of the big ruins cultural industrial.
