The prosperity of cultural industry needs the support of cultural industrial factors. This paper is to study the influence of industrial factors on the agglomeration of cultural industry from the perspective of spatial spillover. The agglomeration of cultural industry is not only affected by the endowment of industrial factors, but also because of the spatial correlation. This paper first reviews the relevant theoretical and empirical study of cultural industrial agglomeration, the mechanism analysis section describes in detail the influence of local industrial factors on the agglomeration of cultural industry and the spatial spillover effect of cultural industry.Specifically, through Porter's competitive advantage of industrial cluster theory, this paper expounds he main influencing factors of industrial agglomeration, including industrial factors, market demand, related industries and so on.Combined with the actual research, the industrial factors of cultural industry are divided into four dimensions of human resources, capital resources, cultural resources and cultural infrastructure. In addition, from the perspective of economic geography, this paper explains the connotation of the spatial spillover of cultural industry, and points out that the carrier of spatial spillover of the cultural industry is the industrial factors. The industrial factors along the geographical distance or economic distance from far and near, the study, training and competition effects of spatial spillover effect through. Then in this paper, the global and local Moran's I test is used to verify the existence of spatial autocorrelation in cultural industrial agglomeration. In order to make the explanatory variables more representative, this paper constructs the index system of the cultural industrial factors, and gets the value of these indexes of cultural industrial factors including human resources, capital resources, cultural resources and cultural infrastructure by principal component analysis method. In order to overcome the error estimates of ordinary panel data model, this paper uses the basic spatial econometric model-spatial Durbin model(SDM),introduce different space weight matrices, including the adjacency matrix(relative geographic distance matrix),the absolute geographic distance matrix and economic distance matrix,to explore the influence of cultural industrial factors on cultural industrial agglomeration on different paths.Through the decomposition of the spatial spillover effect of cultural industry,we can get the direct and indirect effects of the industrial factors on cultural industrial agglomeration. The direct effect is the average degree of influence by the local industrial factors, and the indirect effect is by industrial factors of other regions(based on geographical or economic distance). The direct effect of industrial factors in this paper is significant in different space weight matrices, indicating industrial factors promote significantly local cultural industrial agglomeration;the indirect effect of capital resources is significant in the geographic and economic distance weighting matrices, which indicates the capital resources not only occur spillover effect along the geographic distance, but alsoin the regions with similar social and economic level along the economic distance;the indirect effect of human resources and cultural resources are significant in geographic distance weighting matrix, but not significant in economic distance weighting matrix, which indicates at this stage human resources and cultural resources tend to occur spillover effect along the geographic distance;the indirect effect of the cultural infrastructure is significant in the economic distance weighting matrix, but not significant in the geographic distance weighting matrix, which indicates at this stage cultural infrastructure tend to occur spillover effect in the regions with similar social and economic level.
